Leave your laundry at reception
Check that your accommodation accepts the handover, then leave your bags labelled with your name and room number if known. We collect and return your laundry there, so you do not need to meet the driver. For villas, agree a safe place with our team.
Choose the care that suits your clothes
Standard, Express and VIP Express are available, with care options including Delicates, additional separate wash loads, ironing and stain treatment. Every customer’s laundry is washed separately.
Travelling as a group?
Keep each person’s laundry in a separately labelled bag. Each order is washed separately and priced individually. When everyone shares the same pickup and return location, the delivery fee is charged once for the group and split between participants.
Changing accommodation?
Give us both collection and return locations. We calculate both location fees and apply the higher one once, covering collection and return. Coverage and fees are checked for your exact locations.
