Always washed separately
Your laundry is always washed separately from other customers’ orders. Separating whites, darks, colours or baby items into additional wash loads within your own order is a separate care option.
Tell us what your clothes need
Recommended for silk, linen, wool, printed garments and other sensitive fabrics. Delicates includes gentle washing at low temperature and no-heat drying. Choose it for your entire order or a separate bag labelled DELICATES.
Collection from your hotel or villa
Leave the labelled bags at reception if your accommodation accepts the handover, or agree a safe collection point with us. We confirm the service and return time on WhatsApp. No-heat drying and larger orders may need more time than an express wash.
Water and care preferences
We use filtered washing water. Tell us about any particular washing wishes before collection so we can agree the care for your order.
