Can pickup and return be contactless?
Yes. Leave your laundry at hotel reception. We collect and return it there, so you do not need to meet the driver. Label each bag with your name and room number, if known.
Please check that your hotel accepts the handover. For a villa or home, agree a safe place with our team.

What does pickup & delivery cost?
The fee depends on your location and includes collection and return delivery. Choose your pickup location to see whether delivery is free or a fee applies.
Hill access, if confirmed by driver: +200 THB.
Check delivery feeDo I need to know the laundry weight?
No need to weigh your laundry beforehand. Each package covers up to 6 kg; the same package price applies if you have less. The final price depends on weight, selected care options, special items and any delivery fee.
Can you return my laundry to a different hotel?
Yes. Give us both pickup and return locations. The higher location fee applies once, covering collection and return delivery.
Can we book laundry for a group?
Yes. Keep each person’s laundry in a separate bag, labelled with their name and room number if known. Each person’s laundry is washed separately and priced individually.
When everyone shares the same pickup and return location, the pickup & delivery fee is charged once for the group and split between participants.
