Express: same-day option
Pickup before 15:00 allows same-day return. Pickup from 15:00 to 22:00 allows next-morning return. Our team confirms your pickup and return time.
VIP Express: priority handling
If we collect your laundry by 18:00, we’ll return it within 3–4 hours. For pickups after 18:00, we’ll return it by 10:00 the following morning. Delicate items and larger orders may need more time. We’ll confirm your return time when you book.
Care still comes first
Your laundry is always washed separately from other customers’ orders. Tell us about delicate items and special care requirements before booking. We confirm a suitable return time rather than assume every item can follow the fastest schedule.
Standard: return the following day
If you have more time, Standard pickup is available until 21:00, with return the following day. All times are local to Koh Samui.
