How you pay & what it costs
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card and mobile payments. Hotel guests can often charge their order via reception – just let us know during booking.
Can I pay on delivery or at reception?
Yes. You can pay the driver directly on delivery or leave the payment at hotel reception if your hotel allows it. Please mention this in your order so our team is informed.
When do I have to pay?
You only pay after your laundry has been washed, dried and folded – never upfront.
Do you offer bank transfer?
Local Thai bank transfers are possible on request. International transfers are usually too slow and expensive, so we recommend card, cash or mobile payment instead.
Why do I need to verify my card?
Card verification protects you against unauthorized use and ensures secure processing with our payment provider.

Timing & locations
How long does the service take?
Standard – around 24 hours (next-day return).
Express – same-day return.
VIP-Express – approx. 4 hours, ideal before flights or late check-out.
Do I have to be there for collection?
No. You can leave your laundry at reception, with villa staff or in a safe spot you share with us. We’ll confirm the location in chat before pick-up.
What areas do you cover?
We currently cover Chaweng, Chaweng Noi, Bophut, Plai Laem and Bangrak. For nearby areas we can often arrange pick-up with a small distance fee.
Do I need to weigh my laundry first?
No, our staff will weigh everything with calibrated digital scales when your order arrives at the shop. You’re welcome to send a photo for a rough estimate in advance.

Washing & Care
How we treat your clothes
Do I need to sort colours and whites?
No. Our team separates whites, colours, delicates and baby items before washing, so you don’t have to pre-sort anything.
What temperatures do you use?
Most loads are washed at 30–40 °C for optimal cleanliness and fabric protection. Delicate fabrics are washed on a gentle, low-temperature program.
How is my laundry dried?
By default we use professional dryers. Air-drying is available for delicate items on request – just write it in the notes or mention it to our driver.
Can I request special handling?
Yes. Please tell us if you have delicate fabrics, baby clothes or items that should not be tumble-dried. We’ll add a note to your order so our team follows your preferences.

Are there items you can’t wash?
We cannot process leather goods, large carpets or items that require professional dry-cleaning. If you’re unsure, send us a quick photo and we’ll let you know.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Just contact us via WhatsApp or the booking chat. We’ll check your order immediately and find a quick solution with you.
